700g fresh potatoes
60g grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sweet paprika

2-3 tsp ground garlic
3 tbsp olive oil (25ml)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the potatoes: Wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices or wedges.
