2 large eggs

For the Filling:

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough:

1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

2. In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, and salt.

3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs, then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.

4. Gradually add the remaining flour (1/2 cup at a time) until the dough forms a soft ball and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

5. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

1. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.

2. Punch down the dough and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a 16x21 inch rectangle.

3. Spread softened butter evenly over the dough.

4. Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly on top.

3. Shape and Bake the Rolls:

1. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side.

2. Cut into 12 equal rolls and place them in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan.

3. Cover and let them rise for 30 minutes, or until nearly doubled.

4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
